About Truth Yet Told - The Case of James Harrod

During the trial Judge (Reinstein) would NOT allow the tape to have any testing done. This tape has been the subject of numerous questions, from where it originated, to chain of possession, and even if it was fake. The fact is James Harrod has always maintained it isn’t him, now the original tape has been “lost” by the state.

What is very strange are the “messages” on the tape. The person who claims to be “Gordon Phillips” indicates they were not a threat to the victim but instead doing something with them. By Arizona law James Harrod has a right to test this piece of evidence and was denied. When a “copy ” was going to be used at the resentence James Harrod objected, the Judge allowed a copy to be used in court. This violated Harrods’ rights!

Many questions remain concerning this issue which cannot be answered since the “original” is now gone.
